FRANK BURGEL is a German-born photographer, designer and art collector. Educated at Columbia University in New York and INSEAD in Paris, he lived in Germany, England, France and Iran before settling in New York. 

In his New York studio he works individually and collaboratively on his collection of photographs and sculptures.  This is where he originated the concept of introducing sculptural elements into his photographs.

In May 2013, Burgel's body of work was exhibited at the NYOC Gallery in NYC and in 2012, he was included in the American Contemporary Art Fair, NYC.
